Hidama / EchoGap
本プライバシーポリシーは、mariecraftworks(以下「運営者」)が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Hidama」(英語版名称: EchoGap。以下「本アプリ」)における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。
本アプリは、個人情報を含むいかなる利用者情報も収集しません。また、運営者が利用者の情報を外部のサーバーへ送信することもありません。後述の「5. 共有機能」で説明する場合を除き、本アプリが利用者の情報を端末の外部へ送信することはありません。
本アプリの音声再生、波形解析、セグメント分割などのすべての処理は、利用者の端末内でのみ実行されます。
本アプリは、機能の提供のために以下の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。
これらの情報は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで端末から削除されます。後述の「5. 共有機能」で説明する場合を除き、端末の外部へ送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、以下の目的で端末の機能を利用します。
本アプリは、機能のアンロックのためのアプリ内購入を提供します。決済は Google Play または Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、運営者が利用者のクレジットカード情報などの決済情報を取得・保持することはありません。決済情報の取り扱いについては、各ストアのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
本アプリには、学習量画面から学習記録の要約（学習時間・リピート回数・連続学習日数などをまとめたテキストおよび画像）を、OS標準の共有機能を通じて他のアプリへ渡す機能があります。この機能は利用者が共有ボタンを押した場合にのみ動作し、共有するかどうか、どのアプリに渡すかは利用者がその都度選択します。本アプリが利用者の操作なしに自動的・継続的に情報を外部へ送信することはありません。
共有先として選択したアプリでの情報の取り扱いには、当該アプリの提供者のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者は、共有先アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて責任を負いません。
本アプリは利用者の情報を収集しないため、運営者が第三者に情報を提供することはありません。また、本アプリは広告SDKおよびアクセス解析ツールを使用していません。利用者が「5. 共有機能」を用いて自らの意思で他のアプリへ情報を渡す場合の取り扱いについては、同項をご参照ください。
本アプリは利用者の情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず、お子様の個人情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリの機能追加等に伴い、本ポリシーを変更する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて改定内容と改定日を告知します。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy describes how mariecraftworks ("the Operator") handles user information in the mobile application "EchoGap" (Japanese edition name: Hidama; hereinafter "the App").
The App does not collect any user information, including personal information. The Operator does not transmit any user data to external servers. Except as described in Section 5 ("Sharing Feature") below, the App does not transmit user information outside the device.
All processing performed by the App — including audio playback, waveform analysis, and sentence segmentation — takes place entirely on the user's device.
To provide its features, the App stores the following information only on your device:
This information is removed from your device when you uninstall the App. Except as described in Section 5 ("Sharing Feature") below, it is never transmitted outside the device.

The App offers an in-app purchase to unlock features. Payment is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The Operator never receives or stores your payment information, such as credit card details. For how payment information is handled, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective store.
The App includes a feature that lets you share a summary of your study records (a text and image summarizing your study time, repeat count, streak, and similar statistics) with other apps via your device's standard share feature, from the study stats screen. This feature only activates when you tap the share button, and each time, you choose whether to share and which app to share with. The App does not transmit information automatically or continuously without your action.
Once you share information with another app, how that app handles the information is governed by that app's own privacy policy. The Operator is not responsible for how shared information is handled by the destination app.
Because the App does not collect user information, the Operator does not share any information with third parties. The App does not use advertising SDKs or analytics tools. For cases where you choose to pass information to another app yourself using the Sharing Feature (Section 5), please refer to that section.
Because the App does not collect any user information, it does not collect personal information from children of any age.
This Policy may be updated as features are added to the App. If material changes are made, the revised content and revision date will be announced on this page. The updated Policy takes effect when posted on this page.
